Terms & Conditions

Baby Shower App lets you create and host a personalized baby shower website. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account, and you are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.

You agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. You will not:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing or obscene.
• Post content you do not have the right to share, or that violates the privacy of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service to send spam or to collect data about others without their consent.

You retain ownership of the content you add to your site — including photos, guest information and text. You are solely responsible for that content and for having the rights and any necessary permissions to share it, including from guests whose information you add.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, display and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service to you and your guests.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, that create risk or legal exposure, or that misuse the service. You agree not to use the service in any way that could damage, disable or impair it or interfere with others' use of it.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any content will always be available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baby Shower App and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we may delete your content in line with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
